双制动电动葫芦

    根据电动葫芦使用的场所，升降机配件有些情况下电动葫芦所吊的重物成本比价很高特别贵重，如多晶硅；或所吊重物十分危险污染严重如炮弹、核废料等。这就要求我们在起吊过程中确保万无一失，针对这种特别重要的场合，我公司新近开发了具备第二制动功能的双制动电动葫芦，它在结构上除有锥形转子制动电机正常制动外，在减速器的高速轴上增加一套由德国伦茨公司生产的弹簧电磁失电制动器，来增加电动葫芦制动的安全性。

    性能特点：

    1、电动葫芦外形精巧美观、结构紧凑合理，占用空间小。

    2、设计中避开了两个制动器都装在可能发生危险的电机轴制动轮根部位置，而是把第二制动器装在减速器高速轴端，分点制动更科学更安全。

    3、制动器选用德国进口产品，伦茨公司生产的电磁失电制动器，具有国际知名品牌，技术先进性能有保证。

    4、整个结构便于拆卸、安装，维护简单、操做便捷。

    5、电气采用世界一流的施耐德产品，采用大容量接触器控制，制动器采用高压启动低压运行的自动变换装置，实现制动器同驱动装置快速启动和制动，进一步给机械安全制动提供了保证。

    6、可根据用户要求做到：葫芦运行、起升单双速或变频无级调速控制，遥控操作，过载保护，电机过热保护等多种功能。

    According to use sites of electric hoist, sometimes the cost of lifted heavy material is very high, esp. expensive like multi-crystal silicon, or lifted material is very dangerous like bomb, nuclear waste etc. under these circumstances, we have to ensure safety during lifting. Target at this special occasion, we have newly developed double brake electric hoist with 2nd brake functions, in terms of structure, apart from common brake of cone-shaped rotor brake motor, a German lunci company manufactured spring magnetic electricity-breaking brake is added on gearbox high-speed shaft to increase the safety of electric hoist brake.
